Jason Lopez, is a partner attorney with The Fraga Law Firm.  Jason represents clients who have suffered personal injury as a result of someone else’s negligence. Jason represents victims who have been injured in automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating/watercraft accidents, daycare related accidents, slip and fall accidents and wrongful death claims in courts throughout Florida.

Jason also represents homeowners who have insurance claims as a result of damages sustained to their property. Jason applies his experience and vast knowledge of personal injury and insurance law to ensure our clients receive the compensation they deserve.

Jason earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, FL.  He began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Jason prosecuted Misdemeanor and Felony Cases including DUI’s, Domestic Violence, Theft, Drug Possession, Drug Trafficking, Sexual Battery and Attempted Murder. After leaving the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Jason spent 12 years representing and defending major insurance companies as in-house and outside counsel. Jason has litigated thousands of cases and tried many cases to verdict.

Jason is a native of Florida and is fluent in Spanish and English. Jason is a member of the Florida Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in federal court in the U.S. Southern District of Florida.
