Jason Lopez, Esquire, is a partner attorney with our firm. Jason represents medical clinics throughout Florida in recovering unpaid and underpaid Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P.) benefits. Jason also represents clients throughout Florida who have suffered personal injury as a result of someone’s negligence. Jason applies his experience and vast knowledge of Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P.) law and personal injury law to ensure our clients receive the compensation they deserve.

Jason earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, FL. He began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Jason prosecuted Misdemeanor and Felony Cases including DUI’s, Drug Trafficking, Sexual Battery and Attempted Murder.

After leaving the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, Jason spent 14 years as in-house counsel and outside counsel defending major insurance companies in Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P.) claims and personal injury claims. Jason has litigated thousands of cases and tried many cases to verdict.
Jason is a native of Florida and resides in Citrus County. Jason is fluent in Spanish. Jason is a member of the Florida Bar Association and, is admitted to practice in federal court in the U.S. Southern District of Florida.
